Mr. Wise, The Leader

Mr. Wise is the Leader of the N-Force. He's probably the smartest of the majority of the group, and uses his FoF as a weapon. He does have a Staff named "Flaming Knowledge", that was found inside a mysterious cave Mr. Wise explored in this past. Mr. Wise is pretty dangerous, and looks young for his age.

Personality

Mr. Wise stands up to his name. He's wise. He knows what he's doing most of the time, but sometimes he doesn't. He was tested positive for having ADHD, which makes him speak louder and is a little jittery at most times. In some situations, he's usually calm, but when the situation becomes a little wonky, he gets pretty serious and doesn't fool around.

Appearance

Mr. Wise is to be wearing a normal Helios Suit with a small, rainbow mask on. He has a hat on with ears that he wears from his closet of random stuff. He looks pretty young, but is actually old for his looks. He has yellow arms, a blue torso, and green legs. He has a bright skin color, which differs from the other Noobs. He has wings due to exploring the Mysterious cave of Knowledge. He has no clue how he got them, but sure uses them to his advantage.

Mr. Wise slows down and holds his Staff into the air, with a large Flame that charges up. Once fully charged, it releases an excessive amount of miniature flames that seek toward the enemy. 75 Every Flame + Burning

Mr. Wise uses his wings to fly off of the ground forwards into the air, leaving a wave of Flame to spread out from below, pushing back and dealing damage. For the next 10 seconds, Mr. Wise will gain a 20% speed boost. A loud crack will be heard when used. 50 For Burst Medium/Small Cooldown

F

BLAMO Mr. Wise releases two flames from his staff that when hits the enemy, the flames are to move down to the enemy’s feet, causes him to become incapable of moving. Rumbling will happen for a second or so, and 5 fire pillars will shoot out of the ground, dealing damage each pillar that hits the enemy. If the enemy is already burning, each pillar will do 2* the amount of damage. 350 Each Pillar

Mr. Wise doesn't just use his staff, but has the ability to control his FoF and fight with the Flames.

Pressing Q will make Mr. Wise switch back and fourth between his Staff and Flames.

Flame-Splosion Mr. Wise starts to charge up a large ball of flame that will travel at a Medium speed when released. The ball of fire explodes if it touches the enemy. It does not explode if  it touches the wall or floor.

Firewall Mr. Wise summons a wall that moves in front of Mr. Wise wherever he looks. The Firewall is long in width than length, and blocks any shots from hurting him. If E is pressed again, the wall expands in size and launches forwards, dealing 2* the amount of damage the wall had left.

Ring of Fire Mr. Wise will release 5 flames that will revolve around the current position Mr. Wise is. The ring is a medium size, and heal himself and players that stay in the ring every 3 seconds. Every 3 seconds gives the player 15% of their health back. It also gives a noticeable speed boost.

Heat Laser Mr. Wise puts his hand together, to create a larger laser of fire. Every second the laser is on the enemy, it does 400 DPS. The laser is able to last up to 10 seconds, depending on how long the laser is charged. Holding down F will cause a sound of crackling fire that will burst with the sound of a loud laser.

  1. Increase Mr. Wises Base Damage immensely. [ 15/15/15 = All Abilites +200 Damage 50/50/50 = +400 Damage. THIS INCLUDES THE 50/50/50 C Ability Back up! ]
  2. Increase Small amount of Health for Mr. Wise ( 15 SP = +100 Health | 50 SP = +150 Health )
  3. Decrease all cooldowns for Mr. Wise Drastically.

If player 15/15/15 Mr. Wise, his staff for start to have 3 Flames rotate around the top of the staff, while Flames consist of a greater glow and size.

If player 50/50/50 Mr. Wise, he will be granted two additional abilities.

C

Back Up! Mr. Wise marks a spot onto the ground in the shape of a circle. If the enemy steps inside of the circle, the enemy is stunned at least 3 seconds, and bombarded with carrots from the sky. The carrots will explode on the enemy once hit. 1,000 2 Minute Cooldown.

Lore

( Heads up for those who are reading. I hope you like long stories. )

Lore: The Wise Noob, or Mr. Wise, is a man who is 60 years old, leading a Force deadly enough to take down others, but lacks a large amount of intelligence. Mr. Wise’s actual name is Mason Feli.  Mr. Wise himself is intelligent, but can have burst of knowledge that allow him to see things further than the mind can see comprehend. Mr. Wise leads a group called the Noob-Force, but that’s for other references. He grew up with ADHD, which lead him to go through tough times as a kid, making him not as intelligent as other kids. Teased for his lack of knowledge, he didn’t have many friends. He tried studying, which helped him in the future of becoming the man that he is. During one of his studies, he found about these Elements/FoF.

Interested, he later studied the Elements to figure out he was HELIOS, one of the most unstable, but most powerful of them all. He started training at the age of 15, and still does, but with the cost of ending his own life, due to the unstableness of his ADHD. His ADHD makes himself a little more hyper than others, causing a reaction with the Helios. As many people never looked towards Mr. Wise, he looked towards others, as a way of seeing potential in one another. By the age of 57, he met a young man named Pimiento Frejoles at the age of 20.

He met Pimiento on a farm, where Mr. Wise would get most of his fresh food. They became great friends, later leading to Mr. Wise figuring out that he possesses the power of Narukami. Narukami is one of the most defensive elements. It possesses attributes such as care and responsibility. Pimiento had both of these attributes, which led him to learning the element of Narukami.  Mr. Wise has been training Pimiento for 3 years, and still has ways to go.
